Orders confirmed before 15:00 on a working day are delivered the next day; most arrive the same day. The courier calls before arriving so you can check the parcel on hand-over.

Regions of Uzbekistan
We ship to every region through partner courier services. Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days depending on the destination; the estimate for your address is shown at checkout. Bulky items such as wheels and tyres may take a day or two longer.
Tracking and receiving
We message you when the order leaves us, and the courier calls before arriving. Please check the parcel when it arrives — if the packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours with photos so we can replace the item quickly.
Installation on delivery
For parts that need fitting, book Master Service when you order and we schedule the installation for the same visit at our Tashkent point, or arrange a partner workshop near you.
